Week 5

The chicken celebrated her fifth week of life by going shopping at the outlet stores with Grandma, Grandpa and Great Grandma Sis.
She scored some pretty sweet Van's.

We tried out the pacifier on her while riding home from shopping. She was crying because the pressure in the car kept changing and her ears were hurting.
Luckily, she sucked on it for a few minutes and spit it out.

Sadie is really into music. She can't fall asleep without it at this point.
We have added Band of Horses, Death Cab for Cutie, Coldplay (Parachutes only), Crosby, Stills and Nash, Explosions in the Sky and of course Oasis.
By next week I hope to have her grooving to the sounds of my boy Elvis and The Beatles.

We've started on "tummy-time" and been playing with the fancy rattle the Ian gave us.
She seems to like being on her belly and not so much on her back, unless it's first thing in the morning.

I just ordered a pedometer from Kaiser and am determined to walk my way thin!
So far Sadie likes her stroller............
